What is the Fall "FLASH" Series?
Wednesday evenings August 22 - September 12

NEW!!! We now have an adult "first time racer" class. This will be a one lap race started about one minute behind the Beginner Junior racers at 5:45. This is the perfect way to "get your feet wet" without being intimidated by a lot of other racers. No excuses now! ;-)

This Series started in 2003 because YOU all asked for it... the Spring Series just wasn't enough! The FLASH Series is un-sponsored and is supported entirely by your participation! This is a for fun Series with no prizes or awards... just bragging rights and a great time.

This is a "compact" version of our regular season...the "FLASH" courses are a little shorter, flatter and faster than our Spring season courses because of the limited sunlight hours... other than that, same Prairie City fun! These races are great for the first time racer all the way to Experts looking for some mid-week training.

NOTE: Your Spring Series bib number and chip will not work for Fall Flash.

Notes about registration:

• Online registration and first race: $25 (plus processing fee)
• Each week after your first race: Adult $20 - First Timer adults and Jr's $10
• Series pass: Adult $65 Jr's $45
• After you've raced once, use "Speed Check" instead of walk up reg.
• Please only register ONCE online during the series, not each week!
• Online registration is CLOSED on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.
• You may register (first time) on-line any time during the Series Thursday - Monday
• Walk up registration is welcome, but add $5.

If you are a minor you will need to have this WAIVER signed by your parent or legal guardian.

RACE DATES AND TIMES

• When: Wednesday evenings
• Dates: August 22, 29 and September 5, 12
• Start Times: Juniors 5:45pm, Adults first wave will go off at 6:00pm

SCORING - The Fall FLASH Series is the best 3 out of 4 races.

FLASH race classes:

Racers under 14 years of age racing in the adult
races requires race directors approval
